Philip Morton currently lives in Westlake Village, where he also grew up. He graduated from Oaks Christian High School and then attended Concordia University where he studied psychology. He has a background in sales through his work with Municipal Finance Corporation, where he was a liaison to California state municipalities seeking funding.
